i need a mig welder?

Torque Converter Clutch, At crusing speeds the torque converter has a hydraulic clutch that when activated eliminates slippage, and increases fuel economy.
A simple test to see if it is working is go down the highway at like 60mph and with you right foot on the acc pedal take your left foot and tap the brake wile you watch the tach (rpm's), it should raise up a few hundred rpm. If it doesnt then your torque converter is probably not locking up. If there is a code or something it is usually the solenoid inside the transmission that controlls the hydraulic fluid that goes bad. Its usually not something thats easy to fix unfortinuatley.
