its not good and your oil is not even oiling anymore it loses its efficiency after being warmed up so many times i suggest if you want to keep your car for a few more months drain that oil put in a full can of lucas oil! and hope for the best if its not too late . but Lucas oil is very known to fix those old engines pretty good . but if you dont do this now . you maswell jass put water in your oil and blow it cause that is what its running like now. Bad on both. You might try changing the oil and oil filter, but I don't like your description of what has taken place and it sounds like a crankshaft bearing(s) knock. Be prepared to buy a major engine repair or engine. Honey,What in the world are you thinking, a vehicle needs an oil change, depending on how many miles you drive and climate you live in. Checking your oil every other month or so will show you the color, if it is light and low add a quart, if it is slightly brown add a quart; and get a lube, oil change with filter, watch them and it cost about $40. and if it is dark brown or more, your vehicle is going to die, no lie.
