Question:
I installed a lowering kit in the front of my 1990 flhtc and had the handle bars upsidedown for a few days. When i put it all together I had no fron breaks at all. Bleeding at the calipers did no good. I then tried to bleed the master. didn't give it much time though. does anyone know if air in the system is my problem? all the lines are good. no leaks, kinks. They were great b4 I did this work. does it take alot of time to bench bleed? Any Tips or ideas would be big help.

Bench bleeding does not take a lot of time. Just disconnect every thing and put it a vice and pump the hell out of it(with adapters and lines going back to the reservoir). Once installed, have another person help pressure bleed it one wheel at a time. Go in this order, Right rear, left rear, right front and last left front.Camry difficult to start in the morning?
i like to gravity bleed all my lines take master cyl cap off unscrew bleeder let nature push air out just keep slowly adding brake fluidGet a large syringe, like a turkey baster. Get some clear hose that fits over the end of it and also fits tightly over the bleeder. Fill the syringe with brake fluid. Remove the master cylinder cap. Attach the hose to the bleeder and open the bleeder. Slowly force the fluid back through the system paying attention to what is coming up in the master. It is a good idea to remove some of the fluid from the reservoir before you start as it will overflow. Run a couple ounces of fluid backwards through the system, close the bleeder, recap the master and see what you have. Hope this helps.
