2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck Cigarette/Power Outlet Replacement?

I would like to know how to change out my cigarette/power outlet in my truck. Do I have to take part of the lower dash off? Can it be replaced without removing any dash parts?

On mine, I removed the dash face as one big piece. Then the "lighter area" is held in by a few screws. Remove those screws, and the socket is just plugged in by a few wires. Be sure to disconnect your battery first.
