yes you can change it your self. cars now have the high and low beam in the same bulb. their is a round plastic cover over the wiring harness behind the headlight. rotate it to unlock and the bulb should slid out, then disconnect the wiring harness and reinsert it all. if their isn't enough room to do that, just can grab your self a 10mm socket and remove the whole headlight (not as hard as it sounds) that is what all the garages do to replace lights, just take it out.

Wow that is insane.... Go to PepBoys or Napa or Autozone and have the guy behind the counter give you the correct bulb and pop it in yourself! If you ask him he might even do it for you while you wait...

i think the focus is a hard light bulb change...I dont remember for sure but i dont think there is much room to change the bulb from behind. and if you take the headlight out, there is a bolt way underneath, the only way to get it out is to reach up behind the bumper and kind of feel for it. you can see all the ones on top and think the headlight should pop right out...just remember the one underneath!
