Question:
After we've driven our car parked and tried to start it again sometimes it will not start. It just clicks once when we turn the key. We tried to jump it but it didn't work. If you let it sit for a while it does start. It may not have anything to do with the weather but that seems to be what is happening. If it's cool in the am and warms up it does this.1998 sw2

I would say that the starter needs replaced. What do I put on the windscreen of my car to stop it fogging up of a morning?
If your vehicle has a distributor cap, remove it and dry it out. I'm thinking condensation is your problem.how can i get this door open?!?
id check all your connections and see if somethings loose or corroded. if everythings fine then take your battery to advance auto, napa or auto zone and have them test it. if the battery is fine id check the starter or starter seleniod. if all else fails have the altenator tested.if you are getting a clicking noise when trying to start it means that your starter is going out and should be replaced
Where can I find cheap parts for a 1985 Suzuki LT230S atv?
From the way that you describe the situation,I would be mostinclined to think that you have a weak link in the starting system
that is "overheating" after being driven.
Thus, when the car sets for a while,it starts just fine.
My thoughts would be to pay the shop rate a a qualified repair
facility (Saturn specific) & have diagnostics performed.
Leave the car overnite so they can check it hot & cold.
Shouldn't cost more than an hr. flat rate.
What do you think...Dodgeman ...if you are out there?
