Squeaking noise?

Question:
2002, Dodge Ram 2500. 5.9 V8.
High pitched squeaking/squealing noise coming from the engine compartment. At first I thought it might be the belt, but it's fine. Thought it might be the water pump, but I noticed today that when I turn the wheel all the way to the left or right, the sound completely goes away. Any ideas? Just drive around with the wheel all the way to the left?? Or maybe the right??

Are you sure its not the belt?Dodge has had a real problem with belt noise.Remove the belt and see if noise is gone.On the trucks ive repaired,its been the alignment of the powersteering pulley causing the problem.The pulley needs to be pressed closer to the pump.
