How much does a GSR valve replacement cost?

I have a 90 Honda Accord with the same problem today. It may be a cracked disturbutor cap, or the rotor may be worn out, but most likely your spark plugs may be fouled or they may be tired. Does it make any attempt at firing? try pulling a sparkplug and look at the electrode(bottem of the plug, to see if it is fouled or worn) If the rotor is bad it will be pitted and burnt looking. I am going to try these things on my Honda tomorrow, hope this helps a little.
