Question:
I've noticed recently (when I installed a new heater switch) that sometimes the heater will not work. I have to pop the hood and tap on the heater fan housing (on the passenger side against the firewall). usually it starts right up. recently I installed a new sony stereo head unit. I waited to install the dash kit and when i was using the unit without the dash kit the heater was working as before. Now I installed the dash kit, and the heater still works exactly as before but it cuts off in about 5-10 seconds. I can tap the housing and it comes back on but, but it still cuts back off in about 10 seconds. is it a ground or something...and what do I do to fix it? PLEASE HELP! I need my heater cuz i currently have a broken window! IT'S WINTER!!
