You should be able to lift the headrest to it's highest position, then one of the post's should have a spring clip holding the post from coming up . You have to take a small screwdriver or something like that and de-press the clip while you lift up on the headrest. This should work....if not, drive to a ford shop and i'm sure they will show you.
