It would certainly help to know what engine you have. If it's a V8, you have many options such as a performance chip (the cost of a chip for a 4 or 6 banger isn't worth the small increase in performance), headers, dual exhaust, an improved induction system such as an Airaid or K&N Filtercharger is probably the most cost effective.
