Probably not the drive shaft since it is not doing anything when your car is not moving. If it is a front wheel drive vehicle it does not even have a drive shaft. I would look for the rattle being somewhere in the exhaust, like a heat shield.

i own a repair shop,and you need to check the catalytic converter shield on it,,these get loose after a few years of driving,,and cause this rattle that your hearing on it,,and they can also pick up a loose gravel or something,,and that will cause it also ,but id say from my experience with them,,it may be the shield,,good luck hope this help,s.
