Whats the best place to put a ground wire?

What i mean by this is that i want to know how to make a solid ground. This is for a truck. I heard that brass helps to make a good ground.

No brass is not the best conductor, aas stated copper is best but on a truck bare steel is best and easier, just keep it rust free.

Anywhere metal will work fine just remember to use one of those star /gear shaped washers. they are susposed to scuff the surface a little so you get better connections.

It is best if the ground wire is made of copper. Try to make it as short as possible, and connect it to any piece of metal that goes to the body or frame, make sure the wire and metal you connect it to are clean, and dont do it on a painted surface. Hope this helps

always, if you can attach the ground to the frame, otherwise using the body, or seatpost (where the seat attaches) just make sure it's bare metal not painted or sealed.

use copper wire to act as the ground and wire the engine to the car frame and then use the copper as a ground from a light or 12volt whatachamacallit to the car body or amy part of the metal
