Starter and shocks for parts would be about $450. Install for all would run about the same. You can do the starter yourself if you have any mechanical know-how. You'll need a spring compressor to do the shocks. They rent those at Autozone and Advance. You'll still need to get the wheels aligned after you're done.

You can check at any Auto Parts store for the parts and what they will cost. Also you can check with a local garage for an estimate for installing those parts. However most repair shops will not use parts provided by the vehicle owner. They have to warrant the parts they install and since they don't provide them they will not warrant them. It has become a problem for garages to install owner provided parts. Although you can install them your self or have a friend help you install them...Best of luck to you...
