Use a siphon pump, found at Wal-Mart and parts stores. $7-$10. Instructions are provided. Very easy to use - insert tubing into gas tank, squeeze the pump to suck up the fuel, and release the fuel into a container. Then refill with gas right away. You should have a container of gas with you so that you don't have to drive to the gas station with some diesel in the gas tank. Do not drive the car with diesel in the tank. The catalytic converter and other parts may become damaged if you drive it with too much diesel for an extended period of time. If you drove the car, then you have to replace the spark plugs, as they will likely be fouled. Diesel nozzles are larger. A few gallons won't hurt.Thats whats in gasoline.Probably doesent have a drain plug may have to have the fuel tank taken down and drained, or if able to take the transport line to engine apart at the lowest point,andlet the diesel run out.
your not the first person to do that, anyway, you first have to remove the gas tank and flush it out--------- second, you have to remove and replace the fuel filter-------- then blow compressed air from the fuel lines to remove any trace of diesel . you should also replace the fuel filter again after you run the engine for a brief amount of time to be certain ---it may run a little rough at first because the injectors may still have a small amount of diesel in them but it will soon burn it all out ------i would put a can / bottle of gas treatment in the tank with at least half a tank of mid grade gas prior to restarting the engine----after about a month change the fuel filter again ---------you also may have to replace o2 sensors
