I have a 91 sabe mercury it has anti brake but on brake booster it still locking up i need to know what to do?

i own a repair shop,and it may be binding,,if you changed it ,the rod that goes in it might not be strait,or the booster its self may be bad,,they,ll get real hard to mash down ,it the booster goes out,,make sure you have the vacuum line hooked up to it,,this is what makes is easier to mash down on,,good luck hope this help,s.
