Should I replace my engine or rebuild it?

If this car was sold with a manual tranny when new then yes it could be done but it would be very expensive and you would gain little except the need to have the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing and flywheel worked on later.

96 Cutlass Ciera 3.1 L V6 that has OBD-II code1374?

yes u could do it and if you are going to do it then you're looking at some $$$ to spend. because you need a manual tranny, drive linkage, drive shaft, shifter, clutch, and etc.... I had an auto CRX and turned into a Man. and it is well worth it but comes with a lot of headaches. Be sure you have ALL the parts before doing it. Best way is to give it to the shop and have them do it for you if you have the money. Other than that good luck

Is it my clutch, O2 sensor, or transmission going out....Or could it be something else?

Me thinks you'll need the computer off the same year as well. Not sure, but be prepared.
