I want to paint my scooter and for that I need expert's
advice about paint,primer,sanding etc.

how do you change front disc pads on a Saturn L200. What tools are needed?

sanding the surface is always best to make the paint or primer stick better.

Can I run a car without waiting for it's enging get warm? Specially in cold weather.?

cleaning the parts to be painted is also very important.

why wont it start?

depending on how much $ you want to spend, I would talk to your neighborhood paint store on what particular paint you should use.

is it bad to start in second gear?

You may be able to spray can the scooter. If parts are small, spray-can paint can do a pretty good job. Prep is the key to a good paint job regardless of how you apply the paint. Sand, spot fill defects, sand, clean, prime, sand, clean, paint, wet sand, clean, polish.
