Question:
Ok, I have a 95 subaru legacy. a few days ago, i went out to go to class and she wouldnt start. nothing, no door adjar, not turning over, completely dead. tried jumping her, she started right up, and about a half hour after shutting her off, i tried restarting her and she was completely dead again. i had just put a battery in her about 3 months ago, so i figured either that or the alternator. i jumped her and took her to advance and the guys said the alternator and battery were fine, but the terminals needed cleaned.

cleaned the terminals good as new and put jelly/grease stuff on them to keem em clean and she was fine the rest of the day and to go to class yesterday.

Citroen C2 HDi, What can be done to make it faster without spending!?
it sound like the battery cables are corroded inside the cable. take a razor blade and cut the insulator at the battery terminals. peel it back and see if it corroded. if it is, you need to replace the cablei have a 88 acura integra and and when i ride it around it- starts to heat up on me?
You took your girl to Advance Auto Parts?? I am sure they are a fine establishment but I would never buy more than motor oil or car wax from them. I would never rely on any parts store to diagnose a problem. If that is where you got your battery from 3 months ago it is probably a remanufactured battery. Take her to a reputable mechanic to check out the battery and electrical system. It will save you money in the long run. Good luck!!Where do you put the blinker fluid in on a Dodge Neon?
Something in your car might be draining the battery down when it's parked overnight. If you disconnect the negative battery cable each night and the car starts ok the next day, then that may prove that you have too much power being drawn from the battery when the car's parked. A technician can easily measure the current in Amperes being drawn by your car from the battery when its parked. It's called a "parasitic" draw check and should measure less than 1/4 ampere (250 milliamperes) when the car is parked.More Questions & Answers ...
