How do I remove car chalk from the garage door?

Kids painted car chalk on the garage door, I used Simple Green and it's better, but I can still see the blue paint , faintly. Is there a better product to use for a surface like this, or I pretty much left with the good ol' elbow grease?

okay I give up what is car chalk??? and the best way to fix the door is to paint and the cement is stained forever....try to scrub with plain water on the cement to help dilute the colorizations....
