My kia Sedona remote starter doesn't work properly?

I try to use to remote starter to start my van and it doesn't start what could be the problem? Then I try to manually start the van it doesn't turn over. I've taking it to the dealership but they said it works fine. But when I bring back home I have same problems. Please help me

Try starting it (at home) from only a few feet away, and see if that works. It might be that starting it from inside your house doesn;t work, and locks out the starter.
