Question:
When I replace the fuel pump fuse, the car starts perfectly, runs for a few seconds, then the fuse blows. Can anybody tell me what would cause this and how to resolve this issue?
Answers:
is it possible to convert a vehicle from manual to auto gearbox with an auto clutch ,and what company does it.
If the fuse is blowing, it means you have a short somewhere. It maybe the fuel pump itself, or somewhere in the connection between the fuse panel to the fuel pump you have a short. Bare wire might be exposed or the connectors to your fuel pump may be exposed and allow it to short.
Also check to verify you are putting in the proper amp fuse. If the rating on the fuse is too low it may be blowing as well.

check for a fuel pump relay problem, kinked lines, dirty fuel filter making the fp work harder or simply connectors to fp at tank or stripped wiring
