i have been having many problems with my front left tire for a while now. I was supposed to my car fixed in september but i had to let someone borrow my money which i will be getting next week. i think its the caliper sticking cuase my tire over heats and everything. i have been driving like this for a the past few months. but while im driving the caliper lets up at some point. my car has taken a turn for the worst! the calliper wont even let up while im driving and its only on one tire. I can hear it grinding. Is it to dangerous drive right now? meaning will my caliper and router and all that good stuff pop off while im driving?? help plzz!

YES. The only driving you should do, is to a repair shop. The grinding you hear is your brakes being torn up, which means improper braking and a possible accident.

you could make the problem worse. the most important thing is you are only braking with only one tyre and if you need to stop fast you have no hope. the other thing is if your brake caliper does come off the fluid will leak out and you will have no brakes whatsoever. get it fixed fast its very dangerousMore Questions & Answers ...
