I seen a transmission rebuild kit for like 100 bucks, what do i need to rebuild it? and will it be hard?

The kit probably does not include all of the bands and probably not many hard parts - primarily seals, gaskets, and clutches.

Rebuilding a transmission is definitely doable for the home mechanic (done several myself) but it is not a job for a novice.
