sounds like you have a vacuum leak have someone listen under your hood when it does it. if you have to drive when it occurs just go very slow and let the person sit in the fender with hood raised, preferably in an empty parking lot. just be extra carefulI paid 330.00 for new tie rods, alignment, and labor. There is no doubt about it. It is a fan belt and if you will check I would bet it is your alternator belt. The higher the engine revs up with a load on it the more strain on that belt and thus the squeal.
