Question:
I want to purchase a new Honda Civic, but they're just so damn expensive. Now I'm looking at the new Mazda 3's. I'm partial to Honda and Toyota for their reliability. Are Mazda's reliable cars that will last long like Hondas and Toyotas?
Answers:
How do you know when you need to change your tires?
Yes. Even though Ford owns Mazda, Mazda does more of the design work than Ford does. Good example is the Ford Ranger, best selling small pick up for years on end. It is not really a Ford but a Mazda pick up just re-badged for Ford. The new Mazda3 is a twin partnership with Volvo, also owned by Ford. The new Volvo S40 and the Mazda3 share the same structure and frame system. So you know its safe as you are in a Volvo cocoon.
i have a lot of smoke coming out of my car?
Not to mention the car has Mazda Speed styling....not much sleeker on the road for all around looks. Since so many have Honda's and Toyota's I personally would get the Mazda3. I have even personally looked at them.

Mazda has some of the best cars out there. Their strong point is their engine and chassis development. I've owned 2 Mazdas and I wouldn't hesitate a minute to go with a Mazda 3.hi all i have a 2.0 ls 1985 vauxhall cav its all good but the engine light is on all the time?

John M you have the wrong mechanic.Where is the cam sensor on a 1990 Beretta 3.1?
I have owned several Mazdas. They have been very reliable. My best was a MPV van. It had 275,000 miles on it with the original engine going 3000 miles before it burned a quart of oil. The automatic transmission was original and working well. An uninsured driver sped through a yield sign and totaled it. Too bad. I have a new one now and it is still the reliable vehicle as the others were. The previous Mazda to the van had 150,000 miles on it and it was still very reliable. I do a lot of driving and though Honda and Toyota are great cars, I believe Mazdas are too and compared to the other two more affordable and very reliable.
found disconnected vacuum? line to the rear drum brakes, what is it?
ABSOLUTELY! :) I'd take a Mazda over a Toyota or Honda any day of the week. Loads more fun to drive plus they're as reliable as the other Asian brands. Plus they don't look nerdy like the other brands, IMHO anyway.so what's probably wrong when my car shudders when idling?
Mazda 3 is the second-highest rated small car overall. The VW Rabbit [previously called the Golf] still holds the number one spot, for longer than I can remember.
About how much will it cost for new front & rear brakes on my 2005 Honda accord?
I recently rode with a buddy that test-drove both the new 3 and the new Rabbit. I was O.O in both of them. So was he, hehe. The 3 had a more-taut suspension than the Rabbit, which might get tiring if you drive more than 30 minutes or so in one direction, and a rather plastic-y interior. Both were priced the same.
Where can I download a service manual (not Hayne's or Chilton's manual)for a 2006 Toyota Corolla?

How To Replace An Entire Headlight Aseemble?
Theres too many idiots answering this question! Mazda's are great cars. My bosses wife has one that has a 176K and only thing that ever gave them problems were the water-pump and the alternator. 9 yrs with only 2 problems and there from basic use and age. I call that damn good. I'm a mechanic and I work on allot of TOYS AND wined up Honda's. I would buy a Mazda over a toy or Honda any day. And there a lot funner to drive. Real sporty cars. Go with the MAZDA.More Questions & Answers ...
