Where online can i find a ABS ring for a 94 ford Explorer 2WD?
this was happening to my friend. the dealership thought she was nuts. finally they found a piece of tubing in gas filler neck where someone had tried to siphon gas out and had broken off the tube. i suggest propping open the little lid and peering in with a flashlight. make sure u turn on the light well before looking into gas tank.Where is the coolant temperature sensor on 2001 s-10 4.3 L?
What do you mean by "it would not accept?"4-stroke motors in-take valves.?
If it was just that the nozzle kept clicking off when you were filling it was probably the specific nozzle at the gas station and not your car.
If the tank was overflowing, then it might be a faulty gas gauge.
What is the setting for a 1979 Lincoln Town Car Spark Plug Gap?
Try filling at a different station, if it still "does not accept" the gas then I would take it in to a mechanic.
How do I Install a Water Pump for a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GT?
You have to make sure that the seal around the gas nozzle is making good contact with the neck of the tank. Since the pump will not operate properly if there's exposure of gas vents to the atmosphere, you should ALWAYS make sure that the nozzle is all the way in the tank by moving it from side to side or up and down if necessary before you operate the gas nozzle. I'm pretty sure that's why the pump wouldn't top off your tank, since the gauge indicated you had 1/4 of a tank (unless your gas gauge is totally whacked out!).My car is making a high pitched grinding noise, what could it be?
Some small cars have a very small filler neck...if you push the nozzle in all the way, the back pressure builds up fast and trips the back pressure valve...you can try putting the nozzle in all the way, then back it out just a little, and use only the first click on the nozzle. That works most times, but watch carefully too...you don't want to over flow the filler neck, getting gas on you and the ground...your gauge may not be working or there is something clogging your tank
