drain some of that oil out or you have a chance of blowing a oil seal or gasket.Yes it can. But is is hard to take out. You can drain it and filter it and fill it to the normal level. Too much pressure is being built up on the gaskets. More leaks are around the corner.

no it's impossible, check your valve cover gaskets, oil sending unit(located at the back of block) or intake gaskets or timing chain cover gasket or front main or rear main seals!sorry, i have to laugh at the other answers, lmao!
