If the bulbs are blinking inside and out, front and rear, then its probably the flasher, gone bad. If it just blinks inside, I would check the bulbs on the outside. Listen for a clicking sound under the dash while using the right turn signal, then try doing the same for the left side, if you can hear a single click with the left turn signal, then its just a bad flasher. If it is only on one side the contact switch is probably broken in your steering column. The other answers indicate a blown bulb or indicator module. This can't be true as ablown bulb would just make the good one flash faster. If the module was gone it would not flash on any side.are these car replacements reasonable?
Generally, If you have a bulb out, the dash light will stay on.........turn your signal on (with the key on), get out and see if a light is off, that will be the one to change, Left front or Left rear, If the bulb is on study that bulb is good
