Question:
The car had a little difficulty turning over this morning. It was almost below freezing last night, so I attributed it to that. The car ran fine for about 30 minutes. I parked it to get food, and came about about 3 minutes later and it would not turn on. Tried to have the battery jumped, still won't turn on. Lights and radio work fine, so the battery is fine. Any ideas what the problem could be? Only thing I can think of is the starter went bad?

Always start testing from scratch, new parts are sometimes bad right out of tthe box. Test battery, cables, starter, ignition switch, make sure each component is getting and using the electricity it is supposed to. Buying a multi-meter for about $20 helps a lot.

why dont you take something like a screwdriver and turn on the key and jump across the starter and see if it will start that way.also check for a burnt fuseable link around the starter.
