Your tyre lever/ wheel brace should have a flat bit on the other end to the spanner. Try that. Other than that a really big screwdriver and work your way around the rim easing it bit by bit. They can be a real challenge, you'll need some hard effort.

Most just simply clip onto the rim with pressure. Some GM and FIAT vehicles the lugnut or platic lugnut cover hold the trim / hubcap on.

If the lugnut is not holding it on, just get a larger flattip and pry out. Check your car jack handle, these normally have a screw driver type end just for this purpose

screwdriver should do it but you have to prise them off in the correct place or it can be tricky and you could end up breaking the trims.
