Question:
i have a 350 chevy, when im driving along its seems to be jerking like its not getting enough fuel. When i start to slow down it starts to idol low and cuts out, but when i go to start it take a while to start again it just keeps turning over
Answers:
may need to replace the fuel filter - probably clogged - time for a new one - does wonders
I put my oil in where my dipstick goes instead of the oil reservoir - how bad is this?
Sounds like either a plugged up fuel filter or maybe the fuel pump is going out.can a tyre with a leak from the bead be repaired or do i have to get a new tyre?
Try replacing the fuel filter first. if the problem persists have a shop do a fuel line pressure test to see if the pump is working correctly.
Your problem may be fuel related, but you may also want to check your timing. How many miles are on the engine? When was the last time it had a timing chain?
Also, be sure to check your cap, rotor, spark plug wires, and plugs. All of these can cause a stumble or bad skip.
