I have recently Burt a MiG 100 welder and have been unable to get the thread to come out the other end ??

if you do not run the a/c over the winter or for a long time the seals in the compressor go hard and need replacing. So run the car with the a/c on for a few minutes even when the weather is cold. you do not have to be in the car when you do this.

A warning light on my dashboard appeared it is an exclamation symbol, what does that mean?

Chevrolet.

I have a 95 Honda Civic and everytime i drive in hot weather with the AC on the Temp rises high? normal?

John is right, but if you use your windshield defroster setting, that should be turning the air on.
