How much does it cost to repair/replace a transmission?

Hey, I have a bossini db50 and i'am having troubble starting it, i have had it for about 3 years and i have never had any troubble before. its a pull start and when i pull it it is really hard and it has never done it before none of the settings have been changed or anything..the oil is full the fule is full..
please help

If in high humidity area clean rust off of the magneto. The elec. current cannot travel through the rust deposits. The magneto is under the pull start housing. Dont forget to clean off the housing also, then check for spark.
