Loud whistling noice... what's wrong with my car?

The reservior itself is mounted on the inner fender, seperate from the pump. A lot of metro's did not have power steering, the cars were so small and light that it wasn't really needed, you might not even have power steering.

What type of window tint is the best for a vehicle?

Look on the end of the engine that has that long flat belt on it...on top, or toward the back, maybe lower toward rhe front should be a black tank with a black plastic cap on it. It will have a big diameter pulley on it, since the belt drives it.

I have tried screwdrivers dosent work .. and a tire iron ..?

Open the cap and look at the level marks on the round dip stick, there will be two...you want it up to, but not above the top mark...

If it isn't low, check the air pressure in all your tires. All should be around 28 to 30 psi...
