This guy gives me attitude. He has been treating other customers the same way. Keeps telling me lies that he will finish the truck. Then he says he will work on it when He wants to work on it and tells me not to come by the shop for any reason.

this is a familiar story. He's probably in finacial trouble. If he has a legit business call the BBB, the cops, and the local news and watch that mother dance. then take him to court for stealing your money. If he just has a garage and no business lisence. call the cops and tell them you found your stolen vehicle. at least you can get your truck back. GET THE LAW INVOLVED. if the cops cant help, they can direct you to small claims court.Question about my car Only serious answers please?

what i would do is get my truck rite now! if you have a reciept for the work he was going to do.then find an attorney for a small claim to get your money.
it would help to find other customers with the same prob. and all of you do the same.
if you dont have a reciept, all you can do is ask the guy for your money back, and get your truck out of there.
