Ford taurus 97 heating issue and leak?

Question:
I have a Ford Taurus from 97. It is leaking radiator fluid at the expansion resevoir. I replaced the hoses but it's still leaking!
It's not comming from the cap. I replaced the clambs with screw clambs to make sure they're secure.
There's fluids on the side top rim of the resevoir so I think it must come from the hose but since I replaced them and tightend them good, I have no idea what else to do.
Another issue is that the heater works hardly when standing still, but when I drive it get's warm (not hot). I did already 3 radiator flushes and the flow seems to go good through the system.
Anyone any ideas on where to how to fix the leak issue and/or the heating problem?

your heater core is bad . you will find it under the dash in a box under the glove box. probably where you water is coming from.
