There isn't really much that will take out the clouding in composite headlamps.
The crystal is Lexan™ plastic and is prone to the same problems we are; sunburn. The UVa and UVb has the same effect on the plastic, only instead of a burn, it clouds.
There are some products that will help a bit.

But if you are expecting to get the full luster and cloud-free lens you had when the car was new, you will be disappointed. There isn't anything that will reverse the damage of the UV rays.
To get that you will need to replace the assemblies. The lenses are not serviced separately.
