Long story short, I have my car parked in my apt parking lot. In the morning, i found that i got to move my car due to parking lot paving, but the guy already paved the parking lot around my car and told me i shouldn't move my car else might get on the car. Came back couple hours later and moved my car found that my driver's door is rubbing the fender and then found out my fender is dented. I asked the manager's office what they can do about it. the lady said cant do anything because they posted notice already, and told me to ask this other lady on monday, whom has more authority.

Turn it in on your own insurance.You have very little chance of getting it fixed unless you take it to a body shop and pay for it yourself. Consider yourself lucky they didn't tow your car away to do the paving since you didn't move it.
