more spacificly, what i really need to know is what is the best size of pipe? and what r some tips u can give me... have put in wrench time, but i lack the knowlage of what would be best way to put a go kart together. so if u can help in antway please do many thanx

what size and what kind of pipe depends on who is using is and how much they weigh, as well as what kind of financing you have . if you want the best possible get T1 1 X 1 1/2 box tubing. it is the best structural tubing going right now.then make sure you cross brace the frame really good. give your self plenty of room and keep the center of gravity as low as possible.
