how much do bullet proof doors cost?
Bottom line depends on how big the leak is and the condition of the gasket that is causing the leak. A very slight leak, the stop leak will probably be ok. As stated before... might work, might not... might last the day... might fix it forever. It's a crap shoot.how to put on a Alternator on ford truck?
If you use preston sealer, I put it in my 96 s-10 because my head gaskets where leaking, that was 4 years ago, still no leaks and works great. It doesn't make the system all chunky like some sealers do. And it will probably fix the problem you have, and its not that expensive. You can get it at your local Kmart, Walmart, etc.Where can I get a duplicate or copy of my car key? Can I go to any to any key copy place ?
yes it will work depending on the size of the leak.. As of how long it will last, there is no real answer.. Maybe 5mins or maybe a year... there is really no way to tell..There is a difference in trying to stop a water leak than it is to stop an oil leak. Trying to stop a water leak is very simple, you pour in stop leak, the stop leak forms up at the leak and its good, I've seen it last for years. Now, to stop an oil leak which you have, is totally different. Yes they have stop leak for oil gaskets, and what it does is that it swells up any and all rubber seals in your engine. Yes it will stop the leak for now, but I have never seen it last for years. Say for instance your rubber oil gaskets are like uncooked noodles. Now when you add this oil stop leak, it turns these uncooked noodles into cooked noodles, and it does this to all your rubber oil gaskets in the engine. Like I said, yes it will work for now but will not last very long, plus all your other gaskets are now cooked noodle inside the crank case. Used car sales man usually use this method for a quick fix to sell the car, couple of mouths later all the gaskets holding in the oil are now leaking. I highly recommend not putting oil stop leak into your engine for an oil leak. For a water leak, stop leak is great.
Brake pedal sticking when in Park/BRAKE dash light coming on?
I agree with Roo's answer. However, any kind of stop leak, whether for oil or coolant leak, is a temporary fix. It can help solve the problem while you save up the bucks to get it done right. Like, others have said - you can never be sure it will work, or for how long.More Questions & Answers ...
