1990 Cherokee 4.0 slow to start?

Mine does this and have seen many others. Would the fuel pressure regulator be bleeding down after engine is off?

I just had this problem with a 93 4.0. and it was the fuel pressure regulator.take a fuel pressure reading with engine running. and leave guage installed with engine off . make sure rail maintains 30 psi after 45 min or so. if everything looks good at this point have your ignition module checked.
