Replace the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, change the belts while your at it. My big concern in the oil pressure. You should probably get the car tested to make sure that you gage is correct. If it is you've got a serious problem because high oil pressure is caused by blocked oil passages. Sometimes you can get the blocks out by having you engine flushed, and sometimes the high pressure results from mechanical damage. If the block in the oil passage is bad enough you will not be lubricating a portion of your engine and a lot more problems will occur. If you are uncomfortable troubleshooting this you should probably schedule a trip to the shop.
