Tire measurements. How do you compare?

Question:
I have 225/75 R15's.
I want to put on some more agressive 4x4 tires.
Some guys suggested 31 x 10.5 x 15 and 33 x 12.5 x 15.
How do you compare the specifications, i.e. diameter & width?

Answers:

My pocket bike stops and turns off the engine by itself in the middle of my ride?

31 and 33 are inches high and the 10.5 and 12.5 is width in inches and the 225 is milimeters wide and 75 is the % of the sidewall in milimeters 75 series tire is 75% of 225 mm.
if you have factory rims the fattest you can go is probably 265
