How hard is it to install hid lights yourself?

My advice is don't do it if you have a ford explorer. The reflector of your car was not designed for HID lights and therefore will not reflect the light properly. The other thing you can do is by doing a retrofit by using the projector or light assembly from another HID equipped car, which is not just "plugnplay" as you are probably hoping for.

If you have hid light housings aftermarket its very easy, but if your puttin hid bulbs in stock housing you wont be able to see ten feet in front of you!
