How to make and change custom car carpet..please help?

just got house recarpeted.. i like the carpet.. i want it in my truck... looking for how I can do this... help?

The carpet in your house is a different type and is not made for this application. It will get dirty and retain the dirt, making it very difficult to clean. I also think that the backing in house carpet may be partially organic. The stuff in your car in probably man-made and therefore wont mold.
That said... Take the old carpet out and use it for a template to cut the new with. Good luck
