Break Lights and Horn not working ... HELP!?

Question:
I have a '95 Honda Del Sol. Suddenly the break lights/horn stopped working. Also cannot get the gear shaft out of Park without using the key, manual overide. I just changed the stop light switch, but it didn't help. What's wrong?

Here is a diagram of the circuit. Fuse 42 feeds the horn, horn relay, brake light switch and shift interlock. Disconnect all 4 and replace the fuse. If does not blow, plug them back in one at a time till the fuse blows. That will narrow the problem down to that circuit.
If it blows with everything unhooked the problem is back towards the fuse box.

Check where the fuses are in your car (in the manual.) One fuse may need replacing that operates both. Your manual will tell you which fuse it is.

Get out the test light, take off the fuse panel and start checking fuses. Replace the bad one and you should be set to go again.

Test light to a good ground with the clip, key on. Touch both sides of the fuse, the light should light up. When you reach the bad one it will light on one side but not the other.
