Cant get tire off?

Question:
help...im trying to change my timing belt...but im stuck, or maybe its my tire...i cant get it to come off the car...dont have locks on wheels, just lug nuts nad they are all off...i had thius problem before but was able to drive to a shop ...but now im stuck!! ive sprayed with liquid wrench tried a tire iron thing.HELP!!

ok, turn the tire outwards and take a rubber mallet and hit the inside of the tire outwards and see if it will break away.i had the same thing happen to me before.

if you can drive the car put lug nuts back on all the way but leave them loose then turn the wheels while going forward or backwards, it should break the tire loose.
