Oldsmobile?

Question:
Is it possible to replace the braking unit (ABS/ Master cylinder unit) on the 1988 Olds 98 Touring Sedan with a different Oldsmobile braking unit without the ABS?

Answers:

Can cars run on veggetable oil?

Yes, but why, if your ABS has failed, it will still operate as a standard braking system

My 1996 Ford Taurus will shudder and vibrate badly once it has been driven and restarted the second time.?

Anything is possible. But why would you want to disable a safety system like antilock brakes? If you are just trying to save money, you won't. It will cost more to make a conversion (correctly) than it would to buy the correct master cylinder.
