Tachometer Wiring.....2 black wires??

Question:
I'm having problems with the wiring of my FAZE tachometer (aftermarket) for my '99 eclipse.....This is what i know.....

How do I remove window louvers from my truck?

RED WIRE - is positve and connected with the ignition
BLACK WIRE - is ground(duh)
GREEN WIRE - connected with the distributer (-) left side of coil

I need to know where i can find a replacement auto body?

but then there are 2 BLACK WIRES coming out of the back of the shifter light where do they go?........and also there is this sensor type thing in the back like it has to go sumwhere but i have no idea where.....? Any help.....
